A Functional plant was built, which can scale up experiment and produce  fine chemical products.The functional plant takes up an area of1500m2 , it can operate under conditions of high and low temperature, high pres- sure, high vacuum, and it can take hydrogenation reactions, simple unit manipulations of rectification, dryness and filtration.The mainequipment , apparatus and valves are imported products. The utilities for project are perfect, such as steam, circular water, pure water, chilling water, hot me- diate, compressed air and high pure nitrogen. The equipment for safety is perfect including advanced anti-static and explosion-proof apparatus.
